Mustard Seed is a Singaporean restaurant.
We provide an intimate communal dining experience similar to going for dinner at a friend's house. Guests are invited to gather for good food and drinks.
Everyone has the same courses at the same time. The meal starts at 7.45pm but doors are open as early as 7pm.

Ming Kiat is the chef and owner
of Mustard Seed.
A proud Singaporean, he creates an original menu based on his personal interpretation of Singapore's food.
He spent his formative years working for
Chef Hisao Goto at Goto Kaiseki restaurant and learnt about local ingredients and cuisine under Chef Malcolm Lee at Candlenut. Ming Kiat regards both of them as important mentors in his journey.
Our cuisine is rooted in Singaporean flavours and inspired by Japanese cuisine and technique. We serve an omakase style tasting menu that changes every month.
Menu is priced at 138 per person.
We have curated a list featuring a selection of beers, saké and wines that we love.

Reservations open on the first of every month at 10am, Singapore time. Guests will be able to reserve up to three months ahead, at any party size from 1 to 13.
Due to the nature of the restaurant, we require credit card details to secure your booking. Cancellations and changes require at least 72 hours notice or will result in a $138 per person charge.
We are a small, independent restaurant.
Every reservation is important to us and has a consequential impact on our business. We seek the understanding of our guests to honor their reservations
We are presenting a one month only
Yong Tau Foo menu in February, taking inspiration from high end Oden-yas in Japan.
Regular format resumes from March onwards.
The month of March is fully committed.
Reservations for April will be released on
1st February, 10am.
